My order has not arrived / wrong products arrived
- If your order has not arrived in over a month let us know, and we will ship the products again (shipping fees may apply)
- Please note that Chargebacks or Refunds are strictly not accepted and will damage our small business. We are always willing to find the best solution for our customers!
- If you have received the wrong products or a product is missing in your order, kindly send us an email and we will ship the correct goods asap!
I wrote the wrong address
If your order has not been fulfilled/shipped yet, you are able to add items to your order and change or correct your address. Contact us asap! hellonyukne@gmail.com
After your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The same applies if you have written the wrong address
